CourseL - Responsive website design

CourseL Project Contribution

In my role at CourseL, I independently developed an innovative online academy aimed at enhancing the learning experience for students. My contributions included:

1. User Research

I conducted in-depth user interviews and surveys to gather insights into the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by students. This research was foundational in shaping the platform’s direction.

2. Persona Development

Using the data collected, I created detailed user personas that represented various types of learners, such as high school students and career changers. This helped guide my design decisions and ensure they were user-centric.

3. User Journey Mapping

I mapped out user journeys to visualize the steps students take when interacting with the platform. This analysis allowed me to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.

4. Ideation and Wireframing

I brainstormed ideas for key features and developed low-fidelity wireframes to outline the platform's layout and flow. This process ensured that the design would be intuitive and user-friendly.

5. Prototyping and Usability Testing

I created high-fidelity prototypes using design tool Figma and conducted usability testing sessions to gather feedback from potential users. Observing their interactions helped me refine the design effectively.

6. Development Collaboration

I worked closely with developers to ensure my designs were accurately implemented in the final product. I also conducted thorough quality assurance testing to ensure a seamless experience across devices.

7. Launch Strategy

I devised a soft launch strategy, gathering initial feedback to make necessary adjustments before the full release. I also crafted marketing messaging to showcase CourseL’s unique features.

8. Continuous Improvement

After launch, I established feedback mechanisms to assess user engagement and satisfaction. I used this data to inform ongoing improvements, ensuring the platform continued to meet users' evolving needs.
